3. Where do I find the lamp?Wisp appears on a random day after 8pm, staying until after midnight. He can be located at a random part of town and initially cannot be seen. When you approach Wisp's location he will greet you and ask you to come closer. As you approach, Wisp will finally appear, asking you to find an item called "empty lamp" somewhere in their town.







The empty lamp itself appears in a town at the start of any day in which Wisp is visiting.





Also, if you say Meh, Im Good about the wish he grants you, you can duplicate the lamp and get multiple wishes.
Wisp appears usually at the southern end of your town(by the beach). If you find him in one spot one day, the next time you find him he will be in the same spot. You can find him on any given day, but you can only find him at night(sometime after 8PM). You don't need to find the lamp first( it will be in a random spot in your town), if you run into him and you don't have the lamp, you can just go look for it and then come back and give it to him.
Wisp usually comes on Monday around 8pm and you will either find his lamp first or he will come to you. You will find the lamp in a random place in your town. To use your wish you go to your attic in your house. You can wish for no weeds, furniture or clothes I think. You can use your wish whenever you want.
