-Alright so my HD flat screen 400$ tv broke and we replaced it with a cheap 20$ tv from Goodwill. It was one of those really old tvs with a round screen and horrible picture, and I've wanted a new one for about 4 months now. And my ps3 broke in May, and I've wanted a new one really really badly. I really want both, but this Friday it's only one or the other. Should I get a new TV and wait for a ps3? Or should I go ahead and get the game system? I want them both equally.get a new tv then a ps3 it looks like you need the tv morecan you afford between $500 and $800 ?
there's always package deals at bestbuy or other stores that include both a ps3 and hdtv - and the new sony 3-D hdtv is only $499 by itself with glasses and a copy of resistance 3 included .
my friend got a bestbuy package deal a few months ago , a 42 inch plasma 1080p samsung and 160 gig slim for $799 with free tv stand and 2 games .
If you have any other game consoles or a handheld, like a ds or a PSP, then get the TV. If you don't have anything- then get the PS3 even thought the pic will suck, at least you will be able to play games :)
i would get the ps3 first and then the tv later because atleast u can still play ps3 on a tv thats what matters.
