-The first home video game console was the Magnavox Odyssey.
If you are asking about video games in general, then it gets more murky. The first game on a machine was a missile simlution game that was made on an oscilliscope by a couple of Air Force guys in the 1950's. But csome don't consider it a video game, becuase it didn't have real graphics.I want to say Atari or Intellivision, but then I don't know where Collecovision comes in to play, But other than a PC- I know for sure it was one of those 3. Atari was the one that made Video games popular though :) Nintendo didn't come out until the 80's, It was definitely NOT the one of the first.
the first ever videogame system was the nes nintendo entertainment system before this they only had arcade games where you had to go to a actual arcade to play them
i think it was the spectrum 48kb, a keyboard pc that you had to load the games via tapes, in these days you could get the newest games for free by borrowing them from friends and copying them
A computer. Spacewar being the game. First home system was the atari. The first portable was the game and watch.
first video game system...it think you mean the first home console, which is the magnavox oddesy.
