My xbox live isn't working?

-I was plying black ops with my friend when all of a sudden I got kicked out of the game and it told me that Call of Duty Black Ops was having connection problems. Seconds later I lost connection to live all together. I tried resetting my routers, un connecting my bridged network, unplugging things, testing the connection multiple times, resetting factory defaults for the I.P. address and I've tried every option on xbox.com/networkhelp. Nothing so far that I've tried has helped and I don't know what to do anymore. If anyone has ideas please leave them below. Miscellaneous information: I have a windows vista laptop which is what I use to access live. I have an ethernet cable running from the laptop to the xbox 360. The part that isn't working when I do the Xbox LIVE test is the first part from the Xbox 360 picture to the Network picture.Are you on a PC?Try deleting your System32 folder if you are.



Go to computer>C(C drive)>windows>System32 and just delete the whole folder.



Since Microsoft owns Windows,they store data inbetween connections if you have two things connected.It helps with the bandwith and trys to prevent lag.



It only works for wireless.So if you're wired you could try but I don't know if it will work.
turn the xbox itself off and on.
